COVID-19 Mode of Operation

Assalamu Alaikum Dear Member,

County of Santa Clara has issued a public health order for Bay Area residents to "shelter in place"
at their place of residence until April 7 2020.

For the safety of AHC staff and its Members during this "shelter in place" period

1. AHC office visits will be by appointment only and no walkins will be allowed.
   Please call/email the office with your appointment request. While in office please
   maintain social distancing of at least six feet from any other person as specified in
   the public health order.
2. AHC is requesting members to use email and/or phone call as primary mode of
   communication and let office visit be a last resort
3. If you coming to the AHC office just to drop check or other mail, please use the
   mail slot in the door rather than handing it out to the office staff.
We strongly encourage all of our AHC members to heed this public health order issued by Santa Clara County and practice social distancing requirements, to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
