President's Remarks

Welcome to the Ameen Housing Cooperative (AHC) website!

It is my pleasure to introduce you to Ameen Housing Cooperative (AHC) , America’s first Sharia-compliant Real Estate Investment Trust, which has proudly served the community for 28 years. This innovative venture is more than just a financial institution; it is a beacon of hope and an immense opportunity to help build and establish the Muslim community nationwide, all without compromising our faith and adherence to divine commandments. AHC also has the distinction of having the cleanest Shariah-compliant reputation, as endorsed by the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA).

AHC stands as a testament to the values we hold dear, providing a pathway for our community to achieve the dream of homeownership free from riba. We offer a cost-effective alternative to conventional mortgages, ensuring that the journey to owning a primary home is accessible and in alignment with our religious principles. This is a crucial step in making dreams possible, one home at a time.

Moreover, AHC is not just about homeownership. We also provide an option for investors to earn consistent returns through halal dividends. In today's volatile markets, this presents a key opportunity for stability and growth. As we all know, bonds are off-limits for Muslims, but AHC dividends can be seen as halal bonds, providing consistent returns and allowing our community to diversify assets safely and responsibly over the long term.

For 28 years, AHC has been a pillar of strength and support for our community. By investing in AHC, you are doing more than securing your financial future. You are contributing to the strength and resilience of the Muslim community across the United States. Together, we are building a foundation that honors our faith while fostering economic empowerment and growth.

We invite you to explore the opportunities that AHC presents. Join us in strengthening our community, upholding our values, and achieving our dreams.Thank you for visiting our website, and may peace and blessings be upon you all.

Sulaiman Hussaini
President, AHC
